These prices are also not inclusive of postage - which will always be charged at cost (please see minimum order term below). However, carriage is approximately £10 per lamp. Smaller items are sent with Royal Mail and are charged according to weight. Please ask for lead times when ordering.

1.Payment. Payment is due pro forma. Cheques are to be made payable to Pia Leete. Goods will be sent on receipt of payment or the date the cheque clears.
2.Minimum Orders and Shipping. There is no minimum order. However, for UK orders of £500 and above there is no charge packing, otherwise both carriage and packing is charged at cost. Within the UK Carriage is normally charged at £10 for up to 2 lamps and £15 for up to 5. £20 beyond that!
3.Delivery times. Whilst I mainly make to order, best endeavours will be made to meet the requirements of purchasers, who will always be kept informed of any changes. Please ask for estimated lead time when placing your order,
4.Breakages and returns Policy. Please note that any notification of damage during shipping, or of wanting to return items must reach Firesprite within seven working days of receipt of goods.
5.These are handmade products. Each will hold its own unique quality and colour. Precise details may therefore vary between items.
6.Firesprite reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time. Existing customers will be given due notice.
